Lakeshore Medical Clinic History

Lakeshore Medical Clinic was founded in 1991 by four family practitioners who shared the strong belief that healthcare is best delivered at the community level. In 1992 the physicians moved their practice to 2000 E. Layton Avenue in St. Francis, where all four of the original physicians continue to practice. Over the next several years, LMC continued to add primary care physicians, clinic locations and established their corporate office at 100 15th Avenue in South Milwaukee. In the year 2000, we added our first specialty physician and have since evolved into a multi-specialty medical group offering not only primary care but also 20 different sub-specialties.

Today, LMC has clinic locations in Cudahy, Franklin, Greenfield, Mequon, Milwaukee, Muskego, New Berlin, Oak Creek, St. Francis, South Milwaukee and West Allis. Built around the concept of providing comprehensive healthcare at the community level. We also provide specialty services in Audiology, Dietary Education, Occupational Medicine, Weight Management, Physical and Occupational Rehabilitation, and Sclerotherapy. In addition to our on-site X-ray, we have two full service Radiology locations featuring cutting – edge, nationally accredited MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound equipment.
