Solution Representatives
Lakeshore’s
Patient Account Solution Representatives are available to answer questions
about billing, payments and a variety of other concerns.
These highly trained professionals can work with you to set up
budget payment plans as well as credit card or other payments. Patients can visit the Account Solution Center until 5 p.m.
Monday through Thursday, and until 4 p.m. on Fridays, or call for
assistance and information during the hours listed below.

appointments with Primary Care and Specialty physicians, and
Radiology.
