Neurologist – Lakeshore Medical Clinic, Ltd. is looking for a Neurologist to diagnose and treat patients with organic diseases and disorders of the nervous system in a clinic and hospital and to train and supervise medical students and residents engaged in specialty activities and procedures.  The position may include management of the daily operations of a specific medical program, patient care unit, or research function.  This position is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Required:  U.S. MD Degree, or foreign equivalent degree and ECFMG certification.  In addition, the position requires the following specific skills, licenses/certificates/certifications:

• 1 year internship and 3-year neurology residency;
• 3 years of experience as a neurologist, including 1 year providing clinical support and direction at a stroke center or related neurological clinical program;
• Unrestricted Wisconsin medical license;
• Unrestricted federal DEA registration;
• Board Certification in Neurology or Clinical Neurophysiology by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, or eligible to sit for certification exam;
• Must not be currently excluded from any federally-funded health care program, including Medicare and Medicaid; 
• Must maintain Aurora Health Care Metro, Inc. medical staff privileges.
