Memory Disorder, Dementia Evaluation & Treatment Clinic

Memory loss and disorientation can affect people at any age and these symptoms can occur for a variety of reasons.  At the Lakeshore Medical Clinic (LMC) Memory Disorder, Dementia Evaluation & Treatment Clinic, patients experiencing these difficulties are helped by a team of health care professionals including a geriatric psychiatrist, neurologist, dietitian and social services representatives, all lead by Fellowship-trained and Board Certified in Geriatrics David Munoz, MD and Leila Solis, MD.   

Both Dr. Munoz and Dr. Solis are fluent in Spanish. 

The Memory Disorder, Dementia Evaluation & Treatment Clinic Offers These Services:

 

  • Memory Assessment
  • Dementia Diagnosis & Treatment
  • Basic Caregiver Support
  • Diagnosis and treatment of geriatric conditions such as incontinence, imbalance, dizziness, nutritional deficiencies, etc.
